This letter is to let you know how much I appreciate the work your staff has done for us this week on our freezer problem.
I really want to compliment Mark for being here late Monday night and identifying the problem we were having with the compressor on our new freezer. Mark took the care and consideration to review all the graph recordings from the time the freezer was installed to determine a pattern of problems and was also concerned that we maintained the proper temperature required for the product stored in the freezer.
Scott called to let me know the status of obtaining a new compressor for this freezer and I appreciate this communication so I could plan my strategy for storing the product during the installation of this compressor.
Despite working in 94-degree weather to get the new compressor installed, Terry kept a smile on his face and worked diligently.
In today's world, we all hear a lot about customer service. Much of the time, this is just lip service, but your company has proved that good customer service really does exist.
